Vintage JAPAN Art Pottery~Ceramic GERMAN SHEPERD Dog FIGURINE C9203 Sweet!

Offered here is a vintage Japan art pottery~ceramic dog figurine depicting a German Sheperd.  This is item #C9203 but I am not sure WHO the actual manufacturer was.  Could have been NAPCO, Norcrest, Norleans, Lefton?  If you know, comments are always appreciated.  This sweet dog measures approximately 3 1/4" x 2" and sits 4 1/2" high.  The glazing is shiny.  I see NO Cracks or Chips.  Possible manufacturing blemish on right paw.   Remnants of a paper label can be found on his belly.  What you see is what you get!
