NO REFUNDS
will be issued for damage during shipping. If your items arrive damaged,

must file an insurance claim with the shipping carrier (USPS or FedEx) not seller. USPS requires that damaged items as well as packing material and box be brought to the nearest Post Office for inspection or claim will be denied.  This can ONLY be done by the Buyer not the Seller.
