Vintage 1950's Kleinert's Waist-In cincher in Box

Size 24 which is probably a waist measurement with is like a modern size 0-2.
The cincher is made with a perforated rubber that is dried out, cracking, and falling apart.
The box has some tears, wear, scratches and marks.
