We stock over 6,000 pieces of furniture and a variety of other products in our retail stores, including many highly unique items that cannot be found elsewhere. The items we list on eBay are only a small percentage of everything we have available. We pay 50 to 60% of the selling price to our consignors, some of whom are non-profit charities.
SHIPPING:
We ship to the lower 48 states. International shipping is NOT currently available. Once the item is shipped to the address provided at checkout, a tracking number will be provided.
INSURANCE:
Shipping prices reflect that all of our items are insured for their value. We are not responsible for additional damages above the available insured amount. We cannot be responsible for any delays or damage caused by third party carriers. Claims will have to be handled through the carrier. ALWAYS FULLY INSPECT YOUR ITEM BEFORE ACCEPTING DELIVERY and note any damage in written form to the driver and take a photograph of your documentation and damage.
FREE LOCAL PICKUP:
You are welcome to pick up items at no charge for shipping at Red Bluff, CA 96080. Our hours are Sun. - Thurs. 9am - 7pm, Fri. 9am - 5pm, closed Sat. Please notify us that you are choosing this option. You may initially pay via PayPal, but, if you are picking up locally, you will be refunded, and another form of payment will be required. Sales tax of 7.5% will apply. Any items requested by Buyer for local pickup must be picked up within 30 days, or they will be considered abandoned, and no refund will be given.
