his Steuben sculpture is mouth blown to perfection and then polished like a jewel.
This artwork measures approx. 12" tall by 3" in diameter, with the weight (approx. 7lbs) and clarity that Steuben was renown for. This will come packed in it's fine condition linen Steuben box (with no stains and no mildew or nicotene odors etc.)
with flannel bag and care booklet and unique heavy bronze base.

Steuben Glass was the premier American glass company founded by Frederick Carder in 1903. It ranked as the world's foremost artisan glass house. Handmade by American craftsmen at the works in Corning NY, it was frequently the United States' gift of State to foreign dignitaries. Steuben marketed no "seconds," items that did not meet their exacting standards were destroyed by being smashed in a bin. Steuben, a recognized luxury brand and the ultimate in art glass.
