    Description

    Here is a rare Steuben Tortoise Decanter, fully faceted, gorgeous, which was designed by Ted Muehling. It is 13 1/2” high with stopper in place and 12 1/8” tall without stopper. It is 4” across at its widest, and the base is 2” wide. There are no chips, flaws or cloudy areas. There is a Steuben Made in Portugal sticker on the decanter. The name STEUBEN is machine-etched on the bottom. Please see photos.
    It was purchased at the NYC store as it was closing in 2011. I am selling this and another Steuben Tortoise decanter, which is the partially faceted version.
    This does not come with the original box or felt bag.
    This decanter is available from steuben .com for 00, but I don't know anything about the quality comparison. There are none of these decanters available on replacements .com.
    I will pack this very carefully and ship only to the lower 48 at my expense with tracking and signature required.
