STEUBEN EXCALIBUR 18K GOLD 925 Sterling SWORD & Crystal Stone Paperweight

Description

We had 2 of these paperweights, one sold last week, this is the
second Steuben glass paperweight that I am listing with an 18k
gold and sterling silver sword that serves as a letter opener.
It is designed by James Houston  - his interpretation of the myth,
the sword is a letter knife and the stone a paperweight.
The Sword measures 8 1/4" long and the paperweight is 3 1/4" tall.
At the top of the sword it is marked "Sterling" and "18K" which
I photographed.
This one has a couple of issues. The tip of the sword letter
opener is missing so it is flat at the  tip instead of pointed
and on the crystal paperweight where the opener is inserted,
there is a chip. The chip may be polished out, but I am
not certain.
