uyer will have 7 days from when the item has been received according to the tracking number to inspect and initiate the return of the item. The item must be shipped back to me within 14 days.  Item must come back in the same condition it was shipped (tags included and attached, gift box if one was sent, and dust bag if applicable). I videotape the packaging/mailing process when I package high-end designer items to protect both the buyer and myself.  This ensures that you were sent the correct item in the condition it was represented. Buyer will pay for return shipping and we will issue you a full refund for the item minus the original shipping charges when we receive the item back.  I take out insurance on all my designer handbags.
