.  A cut and polished block of crystal is engraved with 490BC era nude male runners (when the first marathon was run) and from every angle the design is multiplied and light radiates throughout.  A beautiful gift for the runner's special birthday, anniversary or prize.  This design is in

with no chips, no cracks, no scratches and no bottom wear
.  This design was made in USA by Steuben's skilled artists of authentic original formula optically pure 10M Steuben glass before the glassworks was torn down in 2012.  It is not a re-introduction or off shore made reproduction.
This will be packed in it's vintage new Steuben box and new flannel bag with Steuben care booklet.  The designer, Bernard Wolff was famous for many treasured Steuben designs including the famous "Balloon Rally."  This was limited to an edition of 750 in 1984.
This rare Steuben Marathon Crystal design measures approx. 4" wide by 2" high, with the heft  and sparkling clarity of authentic original formula Steuben crystal.
