This 1.6 shakuhachi was made of Madake bamboo which were grown in the high mountain region
of Taiwan.
The length of this shakuhachi is: 19 1/4 inches.
Borer size: 22 mm top / 19 mm bottom
weight: 275 g
Body circumference: 3 & 7/8 inches (average)
Standard shakuhachi mouth piece is the traditional natural standard mouthpiece.
This bamboo flute is a pentatonic instrument which means it plays 5 pentatonic scale notes
