This 1.4 shakuhachi was made of Madake bamboo which were grown in the high mountain region
of Taiwan.
The length of this shakuhachi is: 16-7/8 inches.
Borer size: 20 mm top / 17 mm bottom
weight: 237 g / 8.4 Oz
Body Circumference: 3-7/8 inches/ average
Kinko style mouthpiece is the one that has buffalo horn inlet.
This bamboo flute is a pentatonic instrument which means it plays 5 scale notes
