Approx. 3 1/2" wide x 4 3/8" tall shield design, black rolled-edge border with light-blue background.  The inner design features a circular design
surrounded
by native sea mammals.
In gold lettering reads "Tribal Police at top and date "1948" at bottom.  In white is "Native Village of Kwinhagak" at top and "River Ranger" at bottom sides.
Has clear plastic over gauze backing.
