Have 32 brakes/speed controllers with mounts and hardware. More are available.  3/8" bolt with serrated nuts.
Used for about 2 years inside climate controlled warehouse.

Fully Functional yet look used.  Mostly dusty which can be wiped off.
Used with concentric storage systems pallet flow.  Will work with all pallet flow systems with tracks wider than width of brakes and can mount from underneath.
Brakes are mounted underneath the axles and the springs load the speed controller onto the axles effectively slowing the speed of rotation of the axles.  With the adjustable springs these will work with all systems with smaller than a 4" axle spacing.   Springs also can be tightened to slow the rotation of the axle further.
Galvanized mounting brackets, soft rubbery OD to catch the axles, springs are untreated steel so they look rusty.
