Upgrade your GSX-S 750 to a lighter, free flowing performance headers.
Stainless steel (304 grade) 1mm thick pipework, as used on our race winning exhaust systems.
Compatible with your original silencer / muffler, Black Widow GSX-S 750 silencers or any that fit your standard headers.  (Please note very small unbaffled silencers may become louder and require to be set up by a qualified specialist).
High flowed for optimum internals.  Upgraded spring fit design reduces internal turbulence, increasing the gas flow and performance of the exhaust system.
Accepts the standard Lambda sensor (O2 sensor) Blanking bolt included for those wishing to bypass this system.  We recommend that bypassing the original ECU settings is only performed by a qualified specialist.
Servo motor rotor arm bypass kit included Prevents exhaust valve fault codes, non intrusive (no permanent modifications), easily returned to standard configuration if desired (complete instructions included).

Black Widow Performance Headers = 3.2 Kg / 7 lbs vs standard OEM headers = 5.2 Kg / 11.4 lbs. Total weight saving of 2 kg / 4.4 lbs.

8" to 12"; Our shortest and lightest silencers.  Designed for an aggressive sound (removable baffle)
12" to 15"; * Intermediate silencers for a higher sound level than OEM (removable baffle)
16"; * Slightly smaller and lighter than most OEM silencers / mufflers.  Designed to be slightly louder and less restrictive than the original (removable baffle).
*Road legal for the UK with the baffle in place.

Black Widow Exhausts Ltd aims to always provide high quality Goods that are free from damage or fault.  On occasion however, goods may need to be returned for an exchange or refund.  In the first instance we request that you contact us by email or telephone explaining the problem so that we can resolve any issues.
If you change your mind
UK and EU buyers are covered by the Distance Seller Regulations and are entitled to return any item within
30 days
of receipt of delivery providing that it has been unused and in a condition fit for resale.  Buyers are responsible for the return costs of the item.  Only goods that have been unused and returned in a saleable condition will be accepted for a refund.
We pride ourselves on the quality of our exhaust systems and off a warranty for a period of 2 years from date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer The Supplier will repair or at its option replace free of charge any component found to be defective due to faulty workmanship or materials,

This warranty does not cover any form of damage resulting from incorrect fitting, accident, neglect, misuse, application of over heating, use on track days, racing or competition, or use contrary to any instructions supplied by the Supplier.
This warranty shall apply only to the original Buyer and shall (insofar as the law may permit) be in lieu of all other warranties and conditions expressed or implied under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 or any other Statute or at Common Law.
Please note due to the characteristics of stainless steel, discolouration / tarnishing may possibly occur and is not covered under the warranty.
Goods being returned under Warranty are to be sent for inspection, at the Buyers cost, to Black Widow Exhausts Ltd, Unit 8 High Barns, Roxton, Beds MK44 3ET.Complete with the original invoice and explanation of return.  Goods will then be assessed and the Buyer informed of the outcome. If it has been deemed by Black Widow Exhausts that the warranty claim is not valid the Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs or can instruct Black Widow Exhausts to dispose of the goods.
