    Description

    This is a faithful reproduction of the
    Lübeck
    version of the Hanseatic Cross - the
    Lübeckisches Hanseatenkreuz
    .
    The German Hanseatic towns of Hamburg,
    Lübeck and Bremen approved these medals in 1915 to award to German soldiers "for service in war 1914."
    This is inscribed on the reverse of this beautiful
    two-sided medal
    which comes with a full size 6-inch German made 30-mm ribbon.
