Dr. Chester Karrass "Effective Negotiting" Complete Course on 11 cassette tapes.
This is a widely acclaimed course in Effective Negotation.  It is used as a mandatory course in some locations.  This 11 cassette tape set was available only to those who paid to take this course.
The tapes are in very good phyical shape.  I have not tried to play them recently, but the fideltiy was fine when it did play they them a number of years ago.  They have been carefully stored and show no sign of distress.
I just don't need them anymore.
