    A small number of buyers (less than .05%) have reported problems with there orders. Most were civil and polite in reporting their concerns and I resolved them to their satisfaction. A VERY small percentage were RUDE, nasty and even vulgar in their contacts. I don't deserve that and won't leave FB for cretins like that. My time is valuable and I won't spend it leaving FB for people who don't take time to let me know they are happy with their purchase or in the rare case they aren't to tell me why they were disappointed!
