Your Ridg u Rak pallet racking starter kit (AKA Ridge u Rack) includes the following items:
(2) Column uprights that form the sides of your pallet rack section, each upright is 168” inch (14 foot tall) in height and 44" in depth with (3” wide X 2-1/4" deep posts.
(8) Beams that create the 4 shelf levels that can hold two standard 48x40 pallets each shelf. Shelf Beams are 90" (7 1/2 foot) long x 4 1/2" wide with 7000.00 lb. capacity per shelf (2 beams per shelf)
(8) Wire Decks to fit each shelf level 2,500 lb. capacity based on evenly distributed loads.

Shipping
Your item will be shipped within 3 business days of receiving your cleared payment. We use several different carriers and will ship your item the most economical method based on your address.
We use freight services, so there may be a delay between shipment and arrival. If you need an express or priority service, please let us know prior to payment so that we can issue
an invoice that reflects the additional shipping.
Returns & Damage Claims
We will accept pre-approved, pre-paid returns accompanied with an invoice number. Buyer agrees to pay a 25% re-stock fee on all returns.
Buyer is responsible for freight charges including loss or damage incurred during return process.
In the unlikely event that we have shipped the wrong item, we will refund your entire purchase and shipping in both directions. Please contact us immediately for instructions.
We will process all damage claims with our carrier and may request that you return the item. Please retain original shipping containers and notify us immediately if you suspect damage in shipment.
If you fail to mark damage on the delivery receipt we may be unable to process a damage claim. In that case you will be responsible for the damage loss.
